Patrina Lee, MSW, RCSWI

My name is Patrina Lee and I am a RCSWI with A Holistic Therapy Group. I was born in Birmingham, AL and relocated to Tampa, FL in 2015. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Social Work at Jacksonville State University and my Masters in Social Work from The University of Alabama, Rolllll Tide!!!

I have 8 total years of experience in social work and therapy services. I have experience working with children, adults, groups, and older populations. I have worked within the school system, healthcare/hospitals, hospice, mental health, and child-welfare system. In my mental health career, I have worked with both children and adults who have anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, anger, domestic violence, parenting skills, communication and coping skills, grief and loss, siblings with disabilities, other psychosocial topics, and education. Also, I have training in trauma-informed care and utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience.

I enjoy helping others while using strength-based approaches and integrating various treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of my Clients.  I will provide emotional support and guidance to adults and children specifically, focusing on adjustment issues and significant life changes. I aim to empower clients to create space, balance, time, and strength to process and embrace their overall needs. I meet clients where they are and partner with them on their journey as they identify their own individual needs and goals along the way.

I also enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering. I am looking forward to meeting and working with you to offer support and encouragement as we work towards your goals together.
